At RBLXLEGENDS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at support@rblxlegends.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item

Once approved, we will process:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
